Financial Policy
Financial arrangements are to be made with the patient before any treatment. As we are committed to providing you with exceptional dental care, the reimbursement from you is the reciprocal care that you show the practice, and which the practice is dependent upon.
All emergency dental services are to be paid at the time services are rendered. The practice will fill out the necessary paperwork if the patient has dental insurance, but the practice does not allow the insurance companies to come between the doctor and the patient's financial relationship. It is the patient’s responsibility for payment of all dental services, and in doing so, respects the practice.
A service charge of 1-1/2% (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts exceeding 60 days, unless a previous written financial arrangement has been made. In extreme circumstances, legal remedies will be pursued to collect any unpaid balance, including costs and attorney fees.
